Back To Flat, Part 2.75
Well, hello there. How are you? Great, that’s so good to hear. How am I, you ask? Oh, I’m FABulous! I have been exercising–yes, full-on, HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts. Doing tummy exercises. Thinking of going for a run this weekend. That flu bug is out of my system! That featured picture? Me, high-beaming a huge smile after a workout this week. Spring has sprung and I’m finally feeling like myself again. I started back at week three of the Abs, Core, and Pelvic Floor program because it didn’t seem like I needed to go all the way back to week one after having come so far. Will see how this ends up for me once I’ve finished the entire program. I haven’t checked my weight or measurements because it wouldn’t be “true;” I lost weight from having been sick which was probably mostly water weight, not work-out lost weight. I’ll check my stats going into week four. My 10k in my hometown is just over three weeks away and I’m still eagerly awaiting it.
